LC LegalProof has advised Zipper Studios on the sale of its business to Romanian software services provider Fortech. Bejenaru & Partners advised the buyer on the deal.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to LC LegalProof, "Zipper Studios is a software development services company from Cluj-Napoca with a turnover of EUR 400,000 and a four-year market presence."
Fortech is a Romanian provider of full-stack custom software development services, including business analysis, architecture, user experience design, among other things, to the automotive, manufacturing, e-commerce, healthcare, and IoT industries. The company is headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and operates regional offices in Brasov, Iasi, Oradea, and Chicago.
