Soltysinski, Kawecki & Szlezak, working with Winston & Strawn, has advised Los Angeles-based investment firm Diversis Capital on the acquisition of image recognition platform developer Shelfwise. Chabasiewicz Kowalska, working with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, represented the sellers on the deal.
