Dunovska & Partners has advised Odyssey 44 on a joint project with the RSBC investment group for the acquisition of administrative real estate in Prague.

According to Dunovska & Partners, the project involved “changing the structure of the transaction regarding the acquisition of administrative real estate in Prague.”

Odyssey 44 is a family office managing the wealth of the Kusik family. It was founded in 2014 in Prague.

The RSBC Group is a boutique investment advisory and asset management firm.

The Dunovska & Partners team included Partner David Urbanec and Attorney at Law Vaclav Manek.
