Clifford Chance has advised G City Europe – formerly Atrium European Real Estate – on its disposal of the Atrium Palac Pardubice shopping center.
According to Clifford Chance, Atrium Palac Pardubice, a shopping center located in Pardubice, the Czech Republic, and the adjacent land plot were sold for EUR 123.8 million. “The high-end shopping mall nicknamed ‘the heart of Pardubice City’ is a vibrant shopping and entertainment hub, providing an array of amenities to visitors. The complex features an underground parking facility, game room, food court, and multiplex cinema. The transaction is part of G City Europe's ongoing strategy to divest non-core assets.”
G City Europe Limited is an owner and operator of shopping centers and residential rental properties in Central Europe.
Two weeks earlier, Clifford Chance had advised G City Europe on the transaction to achieve full ownership in the Arkady Pankrac shopping center in Prague (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on May 10, 2023).
The Clifford Chance team included Partners Emil Holub and Milos Felgr, Counsel Milan Rakosnik, Senior Associate Tereza Rehorova, Associate Josef Lysonek, and Junior Associate Simon Dusek.
