Havel & Partners Advises Dentamed on Acquisition of Medema
Havel & Partners has advised Dentamed CZ on its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Medema.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Dentamed is a Czech provider of devices, implants, units, and orthodontics in the dental industry.
The Havel & Partners team included Partner Jan Koval, Senior Associate Tomas Navratil, and Associate Josef Bouchal.
