Harrisons has advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on two loans granted in connection with Inn-Flex’s expansion into Serbia.

According to Harrisons, the first loan, worth EUR 2.4 million, was granted to Italian company Inn-Flex to support the acquisition of the Serbian packaging company Papir Print. The second, EUR 11 million, was extended directly to Papir Print to finance its post-acquisition capacity expansion and balance sheet restructuring. The transaction will enable Inn-Flex to diversify its product range, enter the flexible printing sector, and further integrate its operations in Serbia.

The Harrisons team included Consultant Ines Matijevic-Papulin and Senior Associate Aleksandar Jovicevic.

Editor's Note: After this article was published, CMS announced that it advised EBRD as well. The firm's team included Sofia-based Partner Elitsa Ivanova, Counsel Katerina Hristova, and Junior Associate Denitsa Koseva as well as further lawyers in Rome.
