WKB has advised Greenvolt Group on the sale of VRW 11 to Energa Wytwarzanie. Bird & Bird advised Energa Wytwarzanie.
VRW 11 owns the Sompolno hybrid park comprising wind and photovoltaic farms, as well as a ready-to-build 3-megawatt energy storage facility, with a total combined capacity of approximately 39 megawatts.
In 2023, WKB advised GreenVolt Power on the sale of renewable energy projects to Energa Wytwarzanie (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on August 3, 2023).
