Cytowski & Partners has advised Polish startup Proofs on its USD 2.6 million pre-seed round.
Earlybird Venture Capital, Robin Haak, Expeditions Fund, Tomasz Karwatka, Piotr Karwatka, and several VCs and angels participated in the round.
According to Cytowski & Partners, "Proofs is led by seasoned entrepreneurs Bartek Pucek and Zbigniew Sobiecki based in Warsaw, Poland. The company is building a go-to market for APIs which means in plain English that you can set up proof of concept for an API very quickly."
The Cytowski & Partners team included Partner Tytus Cytowski, Associate Kunal Kolhe, and Law Clerk Fabiana Morales Centurion.
