JDP has advised Axon Lab on its acquisition of Color Trading.
Axon Lab is a Swiss-based medical supplier active in the fields of IVD, medical IT, and applied science. Color Trading is a Warsaw-based medical products distributor.
According to the firm, "as a result of the transaction, Axon Lab expanded its business activity to Poland and is now active in 11 European countries."
