Former Marieta Avram Law Office Partners Mugurel Tataru and Elena Adina Tataru have joined the Serban & Asociatii law firm in Bucharest as a Partner and Of Counsel, respectively.
Mugurel Tataru will also serve as Serban & Asociatii's Head of the Civil Litigation department. Before joining his new firm, he spent almost nine years with the Marieta Avram Law Office in Bucharest, starting in 2017 as a Managing Layer and becoming a Partner in 2020. Earlier, he spent almost six years with Stoica & Asociatii, as a Junior Lawyer and Associate Lawyer, starting in 2011.
Elena Adina Tataru is also a civil litigation specialist, with focuses including labor, administrative, fiscal, consumer, and constitutional litigation. Before joining Serban & Asociatii, she also spent almost seven years with the Marieta Avram Law Office, which she joined as a Managing Lawyer in 2017 before making Partner in 2020. Earlier, she spent seven and a half years with Stoica & Asociatii, starting in 2008.
