Bondoc & Asociatii Advises Helios Energy Investments on Renewable Energy Projects Portfolio Partnership in Romania

Bondoc & Associates has advised Helios Energy Investments on setting up a partnership with TDI Renewables concerning a portfolio of renewable projects including solar photo-voltaic, off-shore wind, and storage, exceeding 1000 megawatts throughout Romania.

Helios Investments is a group of funds that invests in the fields of renewable energy in Europe and Israel. The Helios funds manage investments in the renewable energy sector, such as solar energy, wind energy, converting waste to energy, energy storage, and electric car charging networks. 

UK-based TDI Renewables specializes in developing, constructing, and operating renewable energy projects, primarily onshore wind, solar, and storage facilities. 

Earlier this year, Bondoc & Associates advised TDI Renewables on restructuring (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on September 25, 2024).
