Stratulat Albulescu has advised Duman Clinic on the acquisition of La Stejari, which owns and operates a hotel in Pianu de Jos, Alba County, from sellers Dorin Mateiu and Ioan Strajan.
Duman Clinic specializes in facial and body maintenance procedures, and therapies for treating hair conditions, and is the sole representative of the Esteworld hospital in Turkey.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, "the hotel previously provided accommodation for guests of the Paul Tomita Golf Club, the first private golf club in Romania, located in the same area. The transaction value was EUR 1.06 million, and under its new structure, the company will establish a therapeutic community for rehabilitation (the ENLA center) at the location."
The Stratulat Albulescu team included Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat, Counsel Manuela Iurascu, and Associate Alina Usurelu.
