Baker McKenzie Advises Delachaux on EUR 675 Million Sale of Frauscher to Wabtec

Baker McKenzie has advised Delachaux on the sale of its shares in Frauscher Sensor Technology Group to Wabtec Corporation for an enterprise value of EUR 675 million.

The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.

Frauscher Sensor Technology Group operates in train detection and axle counting systems.
