Stratulat Albulescu has advised the Walden Group on its acquisition of Alex International Transport 94 from Alexandru Constantinescu. Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii advised the seller.
The Walden Group is a European healthcare transport company. Alex International Transport 94 is a Romanian temperature-controlled transportation and road freight forwarding specialist.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, “the acquisition of Alex Transport follows Walden’s’ strategy to expand and continue its growth in other European territories with a view to making the best use of cross recommendation to existing clients once the last mile network for direct deliveries to pharmacies and hospitals comes to life.”
