Former Chitea Marilena-Diana Law Office Partner Diana Chitea has joined Simion & Baciu in Bucharest as a Managing Associate in the firm's Dispute Resolution practice.
According to Simion & Baciu, Chitea, who has over 12 years of experience, will “focus on strengthening the capabilities of the Dispute Resolution team while ensuring a coherent distribution of skills and professional abilities across ongoing cases, as well as expanding the portfolio of both new clients and of the types of cases we are mandated on by current clients.”
Chitea previously spent almost five and a half years managing her own law firm. Earlier, she spent two years as a Senior Lawyer with EY Law Romanian affiliate Bancila Diaconu si Asociatii and another two with Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii as an Associate. Before that, she spent almost two and a half years with D&B David si Baias as a Junior Associate.
