NNDKP and Kinstellar Advise on CTP Acquisition of Six-Logistics-Park Portfolio from Globalworth

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has advised CTP on its acquisition of a Romanian logistics portfolio fully owned by Globalworth. Kinstellar advised the seller.

According to NNDKP, the target portfolio includes 270,000 square meters of gross leasable area and a 30-hectare landbank, with six industrial parks and other complementary facilities in six key locations in Romania, including Bucharest, Arad, Pitesti, Oradea, and Timisoara.

CTP is a European developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties.

Globalworth describes itself as a real estate company in Central and Eastern Europe with a focus on Poland and Romania, CEE's two largest property markets.

The NNDKP team included Partners Lavinia Ionita-Rasmussen, Ioana Niculeasa, and Vlad Tanase, Senior Associate Flavia Petcu, and Associates Iulian Ursache, Bianca Isache, and Mara Pieleanu.

The Kinstellar team was led by Catalin Dinu with the support of Managing Partner Victor Constantinescu and Special Counsel Claudia Popescu.
