Dan Minoiu has become a new Deputy Managing Partner at Musat & Asociatii, while Ana Maria Abrudan, Mateea Codreanu, and Stefan Diaconescu have all been promoted to Partner positions.

Minoiu, who has been with Musat & Asociatii for over 13 years, joins the other three Deputy Managing Partners – Mihai Popa, Iulian Popescu, and Razvan Stoicescu – as part of the management team being led by Managing Partner Paul Buta and Senior Partner Gheorghe Musat. Before joining Musat & Asociatii in 2010, Minoiu spent just under a year with White & Case and two and a half years with Dentons.

Abrudan advises on public procurement and PPP/infrastructure, environmental law, energy and natural resources, telecommunications, IT, and data protection. She has been with the firm since she started practicing law, in 2013.

Codreanu focuses on the areas of pharmaceutical and medical law, consumer protection, and commercial law. She, too, started her legal career by joining Musat & Asociatii in 2013.

Diaconescu is a criminal law specialist. He started his career by joining Musat & Asociatii in 2013, just like Abrudan and Codreanu.

“I congratulate my colleagues on their promotion and thank them for all their hard work over the years and for their extraordinary contribution to the success of Musat & Asociatii over the past ten years,” Managing Partner Paul Buta commented. “Throughout these years, they have proven to be exceptional professionals, capable of handling the most difficult mandates, while effectively coordinating multidisciplinary teams of lawyers in highly complex transactions and mandates. I wish them success in their new roles.”
