Former Schoenherr Managing Attorney at Law Madalina Mitan has been appointed as a Local Partner with the firm's Bucharest office.
With 15 years of experience, Mitan, a real estate & construction lawyer, advises on real estate transactions and project development and construction matters and also focuses on agribusiness. She joined Schoenherr back in 2008 as an Associate and became a Managing Attorney at Law in 2020. Before joining her current team, Mitan spent a year as a Legal Counsel with Romania's National Land Improvement Agency, between 2007 and 2008.
