Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised long-standing client Swietelsky Romania on its successful tender for the award of a railway infrastructure construction agreement by Romania's National Railway Company.
PNSA's assistance to Swietelsky Romania on the successful tender, worth approximately RON 20 million, also included litigation initiated by other bidders challenging the award before the National Council for Solving Complaints, the Bucharest Court of Appeal, and the Timisoara Court of Appeal.
