EY Law Romanian affiliate Bancila Diaconu si Asociatii has advised Eco Euro Doors on its acquisition of a 70% stake in Workshop Doors.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
Eco Euro Doors is a subsidiary of Roca Industry. Roca Industry is listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and is owned by Roca Investments.
Workshop Doors, active since 2009, is a Romanian door producer with production facilities in Reghin and Petelea.
Back in 2022, Bancila Diaconu si Asociatii advised Roca on the initial acquisition of Eco Euro Doors (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 11, 2022).
