Act BSWW has assisted the Immobel Group on lease agreement negotiations with retail space tenants in the CEDET project in Warsaw.
According to Act BSWW, “CEDET is a unique restoration and extension project of the historic building at Krucza 50, the modernist pearl of the Polish post-war architecture. Combining retail functions with top-notch office areas, CEDET will be made of two parts, a meticulously restored former department store and an entirely new building at the junction of Bracka and Krucza streets."
The firm's team consisted of Partner Marta Kosiedowska and Trainee Katarzyna Okonek.
Act BSWW did not respond to an inquiry about the deal.
