A Dentons-led consortium won a government tender to provide assistance to Poland's Ministry of Investment and Development and the Ministry of Sports and Tourism in selecting a private-sector partner for a PPP project to develop the common grounds adjacent to Warsaw’s National Stadium.
The preliminary conceptual plan for the National Stadium’s common grounds envisages a public park and promenades, a multi-function sports and entertainment arena for 20,000 viewers, and a conference center for 8000 guests, as well as a hotel and office buildings. The estimated project value exceeds PLN 1 billion.
Tomasz Korczynski, Co-leader of Dentons PPP practice in Poland, will be at the helm of the project team.
