Act BSWW has advised Kulczyk Silverstein Properties on its lease agreement negotiations with the tenants of the Ethos office and retail building in Warsaw, which include HBO and Hogan Lovells.
The Ethos office and retail building, in a prominent quarter of Warsaw, offers a total of 17,000 square meters of office and commercial space. Approximately 5,000 square meters is intended for stores of what Act BSWW describes as "prestigious and exclusive brands." The complex features approximately 180 underground and surface parking spaces.
