White & Case has advised REICO Investicni Spolecnost Ceske Sporitelny, a.s., acting for CSNF, which manages the largest Czech market real estate investment fund, on the acquisition of the Galeria Sloneczna in Radom, Poland, from White Star Real Estate. Dentons advised the sellers on the deal.
REICO, a joint-stock company which manages open real estate investment fund, signed the EUR 164 million agreement with White Star Real Estate for the sale of the shares in the company that owns the Radom shopping center on September 26, 2017. White & Case describes the transaction as "one of the largest commercial real estate transactions in Central & Eastern Europe during 2017."
The White & Case team in Warsaw and Prague which advised on the transaction included Prague Partner Petr Panek, Warsaw Local Partners Michal Matera and Maciej Zalewski, Warsaw Associates Katarzyna Czwartosz-Liber, Michal Plich, Jedrzej Palka, Aneta Urban, and Iwo Malobecki, and Prague Associate Karel Petrzela.
