Stoica & Asociatii has recently announced the establishment of a new management structure – the Executive Council of the Partners Assembly – including Founding Partners Valeriu Stoica and Cristiana Stoica, Senior Partners Catalina Dicu and Dan Rares Raducanu, and Managing Partners Andreea Stoica and Dragos Bogdan.

Valeriu Stoica co-founded the firm almost 28 years ago, in November 1995. He was a Member of Romania's Parliament between 1997 and 2003 and serves in Bucharest University's Faculty of Law Civil Law Department.

Cristiana Stoica co-founded Stoica & Asociatii back in 1995. She is also an Arbitrator and teaches International Arbitration at Bucharest University's Faculty of Law.

Senior Partner Catalina Dicu will act as an Advisory Partner in the new management structure. She is a litigation expert and joined the team back in 1994, before the firm's actual establishment.

Senior Partner Dan Rares Raducanu will also act as an Advisory Partner. He joined the firm in 2005 and made Senior Partner in 2009. He specializes in litigation and focuses on administrative law, competition, telecommunications, and life sciences, among others.

Andreea Stoica joined the firm back in 2007 and specializes in data protection, arbitration, intellectual property, civil and commercial, and competition law. She's also an in-house Lawyer for the Avincis winery.

Dragos Bogdan served as a judge and a civil servant before joining Stoica & Asociatii. He's a dispute resolution lawyer specializing in IP, competition, administrative, and fiscal law.

"The Council will ensure the executive management of Stoica & Asociatii," the firm announced. "The new structure will combine the energy and professional dedication of the Founding Partners with the legal and organizational experience of the Advisory Partners, to which the pragmatic dynamism of the Managing Partners is added."
