Former Biris Goran Partner Mariana Signeanu has joined the Bulboaca & Asociatii law firm in Bucharest as a Partner, effective September 11, 2023.
Signeanu brings over 16 years of experience in the field of law, with significant expertise including financings and restructurings, alternative financing, property title investigations, and real estate transactions and projects, the firm announced. Before joining Bulboaca & Asociatii, she was acting as the Head of the Banking and Finance Practice for Biris Goran, the firm where she made Partner back in 2021 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on April 15, 2021).
