Sorainen has advised Trustcom Financial on its obtaining of an e-money institution license from the Bank of Lithuania.
According to Sorainen, with this license Trustcom Financial will now be able to provide electronic money and payment services and its customers will be able to open electronic money accounts.
Sorainen advised Trustcom Financial on licensing, business model structuring, and other issues. The firm's team included Partner Tomas Kontautas, Associate Laura Matukaityte, and Legal Assistant Paulius Sadauskas.
