CEE Attorneys Boanta Gidei si Asociatii has advised the shareholders of Expert Cleaning on its sale to Green Group.
Expert Cleaning, based in Brasov, is a provider of specialized cleaning solutions for heavy industries and DIY stores in Romania.
Green Group is a group of companies active in the recycling sector. Its majority shareholder is the Abris Capital Partners investment fund.
According to CEE Attorneys, “following closing of the transaction, Expert Cleaning together with Eltex Recycling, the Green Group's industrial waste management company, will provide solutions for industrial customers seeking to reduce their environmental impact and comply with applicable regulations.”
