Clifford Chance has advised Whitepress on the acquisition of Senuto. Think Legal reportedly advised the sellers.
Whitepress is a content marketing platform, part of the RTB House group – a provider of marketing technologies for the advertising sector. The company was founded in 2012 and currently employs over 750 specialists in more than 30 locations around the world.
Founded in 2014 by Damian Salkowski, Senuto offers a suite of tools to manage and run SEO campaigns.
Last year, Clifford Chance advised RTB House on its acquisition of WhitePress (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 4, 2021).
