Greenberg Traurig has advised CA Immo on the sale of the Wspolna 47-49 office building in Warsaw to Yareal Polska. Gide Loyrette Nouel advised the buyer.

According to Gide, as a result of the transaction, all processes relating to property management and leasing have been fully taken over by Yareal Polska.

The office building located in Warsaw includes over 7,600 square meters of office space on six levels and a three-level underground car park.

Founded in 1987, CA Immo is a Vienna-headquartered real estate company with branch offices in six Central European countries. CA Immo specializes in leasing, managing, and developing office buildings. The company controls property assets of around EUR 5.9 billion in Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe.

Yareal Polska is a residential real estate and office market developer, operating as a part of French Yareal International and Yam Invest group.

"This is the first sell-side transaction on which we have represented this strategic client, following several acquisitions of A-class office buildings such as Spire B (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 4, 2017), Spire C, and Postepu 14 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 4, 2020) in Warsaw. We are looking forward to advising CA Immo on future transactions on the Polish market," Greenberg Traurig Deputy Managing Partner Radomil Charzynski commented.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Filip Widuch and included Charzynski and Associate Alicja Flis.

The Gide team was led by Counsel Blazej Czwarnok and included Associates Wojciech Czyzewski and Rafal Cwiklinski.
