Paksoy has advised Coventya Beteiligungs GmbH, a specialty chemicals company active in the field of surface treatment, on its December 21, 2016 agreement to acquire 80% of the shares in Politeknik Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. from its shareholders. Tolga Ismen advised the sellers on the transaction, which remains subject to fulfillment of certain conditions precedent.
Politeknik is a public company with shares traded on the Emerging Companies Market that operates in the aluminum surface treatment industry.
