Biris Goran has assisted Swiss investor Philippe Jacobs and the Ibitol Group with the sale of Coresi Business Park to Immochan via a share deal. The buyers were advised by Noerr on the transaction, and financial details were not disclosed.
The business park is located in Brasov on the site of the former Tractorul factory and consists of four refurbished buildings and three buildings developed in the last two years, with a total leasable area of 40,000 square meters. The business park is part of the Coresi project developed by Immochan, which includes a shopping center and a residential area. The office buildings have tenants such as IBM, Raiffeisen Bank, IQuest, and Tata Technologies.
