PeliFilip Advises GTC on Cascade Office Building Acquisition
PeliFilip has advised real estate company Global Trade Center on its acquisition of Bucharest's Cascade Office Building from Adval Properties in a deal valued at EUR 9 million. Kinstellar reportedly advised the sellers.
Developed in 2004, the Cascade Office Building is a class-A office building with a surface of 4,300 square meters
The team advising GTC on the deal was coordinated by Partner Oana Badarau.
Kinstellar did not confirm its involvement on the matter.
