KKLW has announced that Partners Jacek Kosinski and Michał Kurzynski are members of the Advisory Group to the Polish Ministry of Development and that, on Friday, July 28th, Poland's government accepted the new Public-Private Partnership strategy the Ministry prepared as part of its Strategy for Sustainable Development. According to KKLW, "the new PPP strategy aims to conclude 100 new public-private partnership agreements by 2020."

Asters is reporting that Counsel Dmytro Shemelin has been elected Deputy Head of Ukraine's new Arbitration Committee, established pursuant to the requirements of the new On Financial Restructuring law for dispute resolution within financial restructuring procedures in Ukraine. The Supervisory Board also approved Asters' Managing Partner Oleksiy Didkovskiy as an arbitrator within the financial restructuring procedure.

Acting on a contract with the Policy and Management Consulting Group, Nove Partner Urmas Volens has reviewed the Draft Law on Business Organizations of the Republic of Kosovo, which was prepared by the Government of Kosovo through a working group led by the Kosovo Ministry of Trade and Industry (with support from USAID Partnerships for Development).

The Njord law firm is reporting that the Government of Estonia has appointed Njord Tallinn Associate Partner Triinu Hiob and three other Estonian legal experts as members to the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague, the oldest intergovernmental institution resolving international disputes between states, international organizations, and private parties.
