Orban & Perlaki Attorneys is inviting law students to the firm's office to talk about the latest innovations and possible future directions of the legal industry.

According to Partner Miklos Orban, who will be the host and speaker at the event, "the legal profession has undertaken significant changes over the past years, transforming from a well-defined, static activity to one of the most complex and dynamic professions nowadays. The progression has been driven mainly by the sweeping development of modern technologies and their increased role in the everyday work of legal professionals. Further technological advancements and the ever changing regulatory environment are expected to bring about major new challenges for all business stakeholders, including legal experts. However, we strongly believe that changes create opportunities for those with an open mind to innovation and capability to keep pace with the latest trends of international legal markets."

According to a statement released by the firm, the event, entitled OPL – Lawyers 2020 – 2030, "targets law students who are eager to expand their horizons and wish to become the pioneers of legal industry progression. Though the next decade may seem quite distant for someone three or four years into their legal studies, it may well play a fundamental role in the careers of those currently in law school. Therefore, OPL aims to provide an introduction for youngsters to the future of the legal industry in which they are set to become the next legal generation."

The event is scheduled for 18:00 on March 1, 2017 and will take place at OPL’s headquarters on 6 Perc street, 1036 Budapest. The presentation will be followed by a short reception, where participants will have a chance to interact with the firm’s lawyers. The firm requests that those interested in attending RSVP by February 28 at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
