On December 13, 2022, Schoenherr announced that Jade Power's sale of its Romanian renewable energy portfolio to Enery (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on September 9, 2022) had closed.

The EUR 71 million deal involved an 81-megawatt-peak wind, solar, and hydropower renewable energy portfolio comprising six projects.

Jade Power Trust is a Canadian-based energy company. Enery Power Holding is an Austrian investment company focusing on the acquisition, development, construction, and operation of renewable power plants.

With this deal, according to Schoenherr, "Enery, which has been developing solar greenfield assets in Romania for three years, enters the local green electricity production market as a major player."
