Wolf Theiss has advised a syndicate of Erste Group Bank, Banca Comerciala Romana, OTP Bank Nyrt, OTP Bank Romania, and Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederoesterreich-Wien on a EUR 410 million credit facility granted to the Iulius Group.
The Iulius Group is a developer and operator of mixed-use urban regeneration projects in Romania. According to Wolf Theiss, the group “will use the loan to sustain long-term investment plans and refinance its national network of Iulius Mall regional shopping centers located in Iasi, Cluj-Napoca, Suceava, and Timisoara.”
