CDZ and Wolf Theiss Advise on Centerscape Investments' Acquisition of Retail Parks from Hunter REIM

CDZ Chajec & Partners and Wolf Theiss have advised Centerscape Investments Poland on the acquisition of two retail parks from Hunter REIM. Grabalski, Kempinski i Wspolnicy reportedly advised the seller.

The acquired retail parks are located in Warsaw and Inowroclaw and have a leasable area of more than 4,500 square meters.

"Both assets are fully commercialized and located in close proximity to the dense residential development," Centerscape Investments informed. "Customers can benefit from convenient transport connections as well as numerous parking spaces – 68 for the property in Warsaw and 77 for the one in Inowroclaw."

Centerscape Investments Poland is a retail properties investor, developer, and manager in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Hunter is an Edinburgh-headquartered real estate investment management company, managing real estate assets across the UK and Europe.
