III IT Law Conference to be held on 12 April 2018 in Mercure Congress Centre (Kyiv). 

Ukrainian Bar Association has the pleasure of inviting you to participate in III IT Law Conference  to be  held on 12 April 2018 in Mercure Congress Centre (Kyiv). 

The IT industry in Ukraine continues to gain pace and develop, albeit being under the close supervision of the state. During the conference we plan to talk about the following:

  • The future of economics and law 
  • Intellectual property and legal aspects of computer games development
  • Taxation of IT-business in Europe.
  • GDPR and its influence on Ukrainian business.
  • Cyber-security and development of Internet.
  • Cryptocurrencies and ICO. What we can learn from neighbors.

Among the speakers of the conference there will be Ukrainian and foreign experts, representatives of leading companies active in IT sphere, lawyers practicing IT law, as well as representatives of specialized  associations.
