Aequo has advised Dragon Capital New Ukraine Fund LP on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Treeum. Sayenko Kharenko advised the seller on the deal.

Treeum is a Ukrainian online financial supermarket that manages business media resources including minfin.com.ua and finance.ua, with a total audience of eight million visitors per month.
