Moris has successfully represented Green Team LLC, a vegetable storage facility, in a dispute that reached the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
According to Moris, the case concerned the “recognition of the invalidity of a storage contract, due to being contrary to the provisions of the Law of Ukraine On Certified Warehouses and Simple and Twofold Warehouse Certificates." According to the firm, its lawyers "proved that the law can only be applied if such a storage facility has a special certificate, the procedure for obtaining which has not yet been regulated by Ukrainian legislation.”
