Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii has advised Mol Romania on the development, authorization, and opening of two new service stations on the A2 Motorway.

According to Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii, "the Mol Murfatlar stations are part of the service concession contract concluded with the National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration at the beginning of 2021." The firm also advised Mol on the initial highway service station concession project (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on April 1, 2021).

"The services spaces located on the A2 Motorway are the first two from a series of services spaces granted under concession by CNAIR, located on the Nadlac-Sibiu and Pitesti-Bucuresti (A1) Motorway and the Cernavoda-Constanta (A2) Motorway, which will be open to the public in the following period," the firm informed.
