ZSP Advokati has advised Unija ETL on its acquisition of a majority stake in Serbian accounting firm AccountTronic&Tax.
Unija ETL is an international accounting firm, providing accounting, payroll, consulting, and IT services, It is part of the ETL GLOBAL network, providing its client access to accounting, tax, and auditing services through more than 1,400 ETL offices in more than 60 countries worldwide. It is present in Serbia via its subsidiary, Unija Smart Accounting Srbija.
The firm also advised Unija ETL on it's recent acquisition of Klaris NS (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on May 15, 2025).
