Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has advised the ESN Group on the design and construction of a methanol plant in the Amur Region in Russia.
The plant will have a capacity of one million tons per year. According to BCLR, the start of commissioning and comprehensive testing of the plant is scheduled for 2024.
The BCLR team consisted of Partner Vitaly Mozharovsky, Counsel Ekaterina Verle, Senior Associate Dmitry, Associate Director Maxim Popov, and Associate Victoria Malashenkova.
