Attorney Ilya Dedkovskiy has been appointed Head of the Bankruptcy practice at the KIAP law firm in Moscow.

Dedkovskiy joined the KIAP litigation team as a junior associate in 2010, and according to the firm he "has made it all the way from a novice specialist to a lawyer of the highest level with a supreme practical experience." He specializes in supporting “complex disputes on challenging transactions” and “holding management liable for company debts.”

“I’m grateful to colleagues for their trust," Dedkovskiy commented. "We will further develop the practice, focusing primarily on the advancement of such areas as protection against unreasonable avoidance of bankruptcy transactions and protecting beneficiaries and company management from claims of subsidiary liability for company debts."

In 2009 Dedkovskiy graduated from the Law Department of St. Petersburg State University, and in 2011 he graduated from the master course at the Russian School of Private Law.

KIAP Managing Partner Andrey Korelskiy added that “Ilya is a brilliant lawyer, we wish him new victories and professional achievements!”
