Liniya Prava Partner Ruslan Nagaybekov has been elected new Managing Partner of the firm, taking over from Andrey Novakovsky, who will now lead the firm's Board of Partners.
Nagaybekov, who heads the Liniya Prava Corporate and Commercial Law practice, focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, particularly on metallurgy and natural resources projects.
Before joining Liniya Prava in 2014, Nagaybekov was Director of the Legal Department at Kirovsky Zavod for four and a half years, Head of Legal at Severstal-metiz for a year, and Head of the Russian Practice in the legal department of RUSAL for four and a half years.
