RTPR Allen & Overy has announced that litigator Valentin Berea has joined the firm as Partner, bringing with him a team of three lawyers. Berea moves over from Bulboaca & Asociatii in Bucharest, where he spent the past 7 years.  

Dentons’ Bucharest office has confirmed that Partner Perry Zizzi — who practiced with legacy Salans in Bucharest from 2003-2007, well before that firm merged into the new Dentons — has returned to the fold.

Wolf Theiss Bucharest has assisted LUKERG Renew, through its subsidiary Land Power SRL, to obtain a loan facility of 57 million Euro from the EBRD. The facility was obtained in order to finance the 84 MW Topolog - Dorobantu wind farm, located in the Romanian region of Tulcea.
