NNDKP has successfully represented the National Museum of Romanian History in the Bucharest Court of Appeals and obtained an irrevocable court decision upholding the NMIR's annulment in full of its previous decision to declare Starh Arhitectura, Constructii si Design SRL the winner of a public procurement procedure.

By Decision No. 7072 of December 11, 2018 the Bucharest Court of Appeals irrevocably dismissed the complaint that Starh Arhitectura had filed against MNIR, and upheld the MNIR Director's decision to annul in full the award of a public contract to Starh Arhitectura worth over EUR 3.6 million, exclusively for the design of the third largest building in the country, the MNIR building located at 12 Calea Victoriei Street, in Bucharest.
