Jinga & Asociatii, the Romanian member of the Pontes network, has advised Romania's Ecofarmacia Network on the structuring, implementation, and operation of the online Pilulka.ro pharmacy platform.
According to Jinga & Associates, the project was developed by the Ecofarmacia Network in partnership with Pilulka Lekarny, a Czech company already present in the online pharmacy business in other European countries. The new business line of Ecofarmacia Network resides in the recent modifications of the pharmacy law in Romania, allowing the online sale of pharmaceutical products by licensed pharmacies."
The project was coordinated by Jinga & Asociatii Partner Catalina Sucaciu, working together with Tax Partner Alexandru Boboc and Senior Associate Iulia Ferastrau-Grigore.
