Wolf Theiss Assists Search Corporation with Crystal Tower Sale in Bucharest

Wolf Theiss Bucharest has assisted Search Corporation and two minority shareholders in the sale of their participation in Plaza Development SRL, which owns Bucharest's Crystal Tower office building to Czech investment company PPF Real Estate.

The transaction closed on November 20, 2018.

Search Corporation is an engineering company in Romania that provides services of planning, design, consulting, and management of road and air transport infrastructure. Crystal Tower, located in the heart of Bucharest, is the first Romanian office building equipped with a heliport. 

“This was a fast-paced transaction, [with] both parties committed to the deal and with every interest to reach a win-win closing,” said Wolf Theiss Partner Ileana Glodeanu, who co-led the firm's team on the deal along with Partner Ciprian Glodeanu. They were assisted by Senior Associate Mircea Ciocirlea and Associate George Ghitu.
